Do’s Of SMP:
- Keep your scalp clean: Use a mild shampoo and avoid using any hair styling products for at least a week after the procedure. You can gently wash your scalp with lukewarm water after 48 hours.
- Use sunscreen: After the SMP procedure, your scalp will be more susceptible to sunburn. Wear a hat or use sunscreen to protect your scalp when going outside.
- Be gentle with your scalp: Avoid scratching or picking at your scalp, and be gentle when drying your hair.
- Keep the scalp dry: Avoid swimming or any activities that may cause excessive sweating for at least a week after the procedure.
- Keep expectations real : Images on the internet could be misleading .
- Stay hydrated: Drink plenty of water and avoid alcohol and caffeine for the first few days after the procedure. Staying hydrated will help your scalp heal faster.
7 .Protect your scalp from the sun: If you must go out in the sun, wear a hat or use a sunscreen with an SPF of at least 30 to protect your scalp.

Don’ts Of SMP:

- Don’t use harsh products: Avoid using any harsh hair care products such as hair dye, bleach, or peroxide on your scalp for at least a month after the procedure.
- Don’t expose your scalp to extreme heat or cold: Avoid using hair dryers or other heating tools on your scalp and protect your scalp from extreme cold weather.
- Don’t pick at scabs: Allow any scabs to fall off naturally, and avoid picking at them as it can damage the tattooed area.
- Don’t exercise vigorously: Avoid any intense exercise or activities that may cause excessive sweating for at least a week after the procedure.
- Don’t scratch or rub your scalp: It’s important to avoid scratching or rubbing your scalp, as this can cause the pigment to become displaced or even lead to infection.
7. Don’t expose your scalp to chlorine: Avoid swimming in chlorinated pools for at least two weeks after the procedure, as chlorine can irritate your scalp.

9. Don’t miss your next session : The density is increased by adding dots after every session . Make sure you follow the sessions .
